Data deletion

You can have us delete the data we hold about your Instagram or X account at any time.
- In Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find our app under Active, choose Remove, and confirm.
- Meta then tells us automatically. We delete your access token straight away and, if you asked Meta to delete your data, your account id, username, name and profile picture too. You'll get a confirmation code you can check on this site.
X, your Schedulely account, or anything else
Email us through the contact link on our website from the account owner's email and say which account. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
What we keep
Posts we published for a business are that business's content and stay on Instagram or X unless you delete them there. A minimal record that a deletion happened is kept in our security log.
