Can you use Schedulely in a web browser?

Yes. The full Schedulely app runs in any modern browser at app.tryschedulely.com, with nothing to install. The web app includes the planner, calendar, bulk schedule, Instagram inbox, approval and connect links, link in bio and reports, and it is the place where plans are bought once early access ends.

The web app is the quickest way to start. Sign up with your email or with Google, create a workspace, and connect your first accounts. Each account connects through the network's own sign in page, so you never type a social media password into Schedulely.

Everything is available in the browser:

The planner, with a preview per network for all 14 networks.
The week calendar, with a row per client in each client's own time zone.
Bulk scheduling from spreadsheet rows.
The Instagram inbox for comments, DMs and mentions.
Approval links, connect links and client logins.
Link in bio pages and CSV or PDF reports.

Browsers can also show push notifications for new messages, so the web app works well on a desktop that stays open all day. Many teams use the browser at their desk and an installed app on their phone, all signed in to the same account.

How do you install Schedulely on an iPhone?

On iPhone, Schedulely installs as a home screen web app from Safari. Open app.tryschedulely.com in Safari, tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. Schedulely then opens from its own icon, full screen, and can send push notifications for new comments and DMs.

Here are the steps in order:

Open Safari on your iPhone. Other browsers on iPhone may not offer the same option, so use Safari for this step.
Go to app.tryschedulely.com and sign in.
Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom or top of the screen.
Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add in the top corner.

The Schedulely icon now sits on your home screen like any other app. Open it from there, not from Safari, so it runs full screen and can ask permission to send notifications. Allow notifications if you want an alert for new Instagram comments and DMs, and set quiet hours in the alert settings so your phone stays silent at night.

The same steps work on iPad. A native iPhone app for the App Store is coming but is not live yet. When it arrives, your account and everything in it will carry over.

How do you install Schedulely on Android, Windows and Mac?

Sign in to the web app and open the download page at app.tryschedulely.com/download/, then choose Android, Windows or Mac. Each app signs in to the same account as the web app. Because these apps are installed from the download page rather than a store, your device may ask you to confirm the install.

The download page lists the current version for each platform, and the download buttons on this page link to it as well.

Android. Download the app on your phone and open the file. Android may ask you to allow installs from your browser, because the app does not come from Google Play yet. Allow it for this install, then sign in.
Windows. Download the installer and run it. Windows may show a warning before running an app downloaded from the web; choose to run it if you downloaded it from the Schedulely download page.
Mac. Download the app and move it to your Applications folder. If macOS asks for confirmation the first time you open it, confirm in System Settings under Privacy and Security.

Once signed in, set alerts for each device separately. You might want push notifications on your phone during working hours and none on your laptop, or the other way round.

Are Schedulely apps on the App Store and Google Play, and where do you buy a plan?

Not yet. Schedulely's App Store and Google Play apps are coming but are not live, so today iPhone users add the web app to the home screen and Android users install from the download page. Plans are bought on the web only, at app.tryschedulely.com, never through an app store.

Store listings take time to prepare and review, and we would rather say plainly that they are coming than suggest they are already there. Until they launch, the home screen web app on iPhone and the Android app from the download page give you the same features, signed in to the same account.

Buying on the web keeps one price for everyone, whatever device they use. Once early access ends, a plan bought at app.tryschedulely.com covers the web app, the iPhone home screen app and the Android, Windows and Mac apps together. Plans are priced by channel: Starter $9, Pro $39 and Agency $99 a month. During early access nothing is charged.
