Schedulely prices apply once early access ends; nothing is charged today. Publer facts come from its own website, checked on 29 October 2026.

How does Schedulely pricing compare with Publer?

Publer prices per social account and per extra member, with every 10th account or member free. Schedulely prices by channel bundle and never counts seats. Publer also has a permanent free plan, while Schedulely is free for everyone during early access and will announce plan dates well before charging.

Publer describes its model as Per social account and per additional member; every 10th account or member free; $ shown, currency not named; VAT excluded. Its free plan reads: Yes, free forever: 1 user, 1 workspace, 3 social accounts (no X), 10 scheduled posts per account, 25 drafts, 24 hour post history. Trials are Professional 7 days; Business 14 days.

Schedulely, after early access, costs $9 a month for up to 3 channels on Starter, $39 for up to 10 on Pro and $99 for up to 30 on Agency. Yearly billing gives 2 months free, and Agency includes unlimited team members.

Publer's per account model can be very cheap for one person with a few accounts. Schedulely's bundles may suit teams better, because adding a colleague or freelancer does not change the price and clients approve through a link without a seat. Posting to X becomes a $10 a month add on in Schedulely after early access; Publer lists X on paid plans only.

Which networks do Schedulely and Publer publish to?

The two lists overlap heavily: both cover the major networks plus Telegram, Mastodon, Bluesky and Google Business. Publer adds WordPress. Schedulely adds Tumblr and Discord. If either of those is part of your routine, it may decide the comparison on its own.

Publer lists Facebook, Instagram, X (paid only), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, WordPress, TikTok, Telegram, Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky. Schedulely publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, Bluesky, Mastodon, Tumblr, Telegram and Discord.

Schedulely is explicit about post types. Instagram covers feed photos, carousels of up to 10 mixed photos and videos, Reels and Stories, with several Story frames posted in order. Facebook Pages take text, one or more photos, or one video posted as a Reel. Threads takes carousels of 2 to 20 items. Mastodon takes one video or up to 4 photos on any server, and Tumblr one video or up to 10 photos.

The gaps are listed too: no LinkedIn Company Pages or LinkedIn video, no video Pins, no video on Bluesky or Google Business, and TikTok posts stay private until TikTok finishes auditing the Schedulely app. YouTube vertical videos of up to 3 minutes become Shorts automatically. Each workspace chooses which networks it shows, so the planner stays tidy for teams that use only a few.

Does Publer have a comments and DMs inbox like Schedulely?

Publer does not state a comments and DMs inbox on its plans page, plan comparison or homepage. Schedulely includes an Instagram inbox on every plan, with comments, DMs and mentions in one list, word rule labels, private replies sent by a person, team assignment and keyword automations.

If replying to your audience is part of the job, this is the clearest difference between the two products. In Schedulely, every Instagram comment, DM and mention is labelled Complaint, Lead, Question, Praise, Promotions or Scam and spam, using simple word rules rather than AI. A label you change by hand stays as you set it.

From the list you can reply in public, hide a comment, or send a private reply, which is a DM answering a public comment, once per comment. Saved replies, triage mode and bulk actions keep pace with busy posts. Conversations can be assigned, noted, marked VIP or shared by round robin across the team.

Automations send a welcome reply to a first DM and an after hours reply, and keyword rules can label, hide, reply in public, assign or notify. Schedulely does not send automatic DMs from keyword comments. Push alerts work per device with quiet hours.

How do bulk scheduling and client approvals compare?

Both tools offer bulk scheduling from a spreadsheet or CSV, and both offer approvals. Publer puts approval workflows on Business and Enterprise. Schedulely offers approval links on Pro and Agency that clients swipe through without logging in, plus connect links so nobody shares a password.

Publer lists bulk scheduling as Yes, bulk scheduling via CSV listed; bulk scheduling from Professional up and approvals as Business and Enterprise: post approval workflows.

Schedulely bulk scheduling takes one row per post, pasted straight from a spreadsheet, with a Google Drive link in the fourth column so media downloads automatically. You can fill in every time at once, then save the batch as drafts or schedule it. Drive sharing needs to be set to Anyone with the link.

Approvals are built for clients who will not create an account. They open a link, swipe right to approve or left to send a post back with a note. Connect links let them authorise each network through its own sign in page. Client logins give a client their own account and nothing else.

The week calendar puts each client on its own row in its own time zone. Failed posts can be retried in 1 tap, and activity and X cost reports export as CSV or PDF.

Where is Publer clearly stronger than Schedulely?

Publer is stronger on analytics, AI writing, native mobile apps and a permanent free plan. It also posts to WordPress. Schedulely has no Instagram analytics or insights, its AI features are marked Soon, and its App Store and Google Play apps are not live yet.

Publer lists analytics as Business and Enterprise: advanced analytics and downloadable reports. Schedulely counts link in bio visits and link taps without cookies and exports activity reports, but does not measure post performance. If clients pay you for monthly reporting, that matters.

Publer offers Yes, AI Assist; unlimited prompts on Business. Schedulely's AI tagging and reply drafts are marked Soon. On mobile, Publer lists iOS and Android. Schedulely runs on the web, on iPhone via Safari Add to Home Screen, and as apps for Android, Windows and Mac, with store listings coming.

Both tools include link in bio. Publer lists Yes, Linkie (included on Free and Professional up; click tracking on Business). Schedulely gives each client a page with a style library, a live preview in light or dark, cookie free counts of visits and taps, and email sign ups. Publer describes its plans as Professional: "Best for solopreneurs and creators". Business: "Best for SME and agencies"., which is a fair summary of who it serves well. If you need reporting today, Publer is the better fit; if an Instagram inbox matters more, Schedulely is worth trying free.
