How much does Schedulely cost?
Schedulely is free during early access, so everything that is built today costs nothing to use. When plans start, Schedulely charges by the number of channels you run, never by the number of people on your team: Starter is $9, Pro is $39 and Agency is $99 a month.
Yearly billing gives 2 months free, and we will tell you well before anything is charged.
Free during early access.

| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Channels | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $9 a month | $90 a year ($7.50 a month) | Up to 3 | One brand getting consistent |
| Pro | $39 a month | $390 a year ($32.50 a month) | Up to 10 | Brands that sell in the comments |
| Agency | $99 a month | $990 a year ($82.50 a month) | Up to 30 | Teams running many clients |
| X posting add on | $10 a month | Same | Any plan | Anyone who posts to X |
During early access every plan is free and nothing is charged. A channel is one connected account, for example one Instagram account or one Facebook Page.
What does a channel mean in Schedulely pricing?
A channel is one connected social account, such as an Instagram account, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn profile or a Telegram channel. Schedulely prices plans by how many channels you run, so a client with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok counts as 3 channels, whoever on your team manages them.
Most schedulers charge per seat, which means the bill grows every time you add a teammate, a freelancer or a client who wants to approve posts. Schedulely does it the other way round. You pay for the accounts you publish to, and the people who help you are not counted.
That matters most for small teams and agencies. A two person agency running 4 clients with 2 networks each has 8 channels, which fits the Pro plan at $39 a month whether 2 or 6 people log in. Clients who only approve posts never need a seat at all, because an approval link works without logging in.
Each workspace chooses which of the 14 networks it uses and hides the rest, so you only see what you post to. Connecting an account goes through the network's own sign in page, and a client can connect their own accounts from a connect link without sharing a password.
What is included in each Schedulely plan?
Starter covers scheduling, the calendar and the comments and DMs inbox for up to 3 channels. Pro adds complaint, lead and spam labels plus client logins and approvals for up to 10 channels. Agency adds unlimited team members and covers up to 30 channels.
Every plan includes the planner, the week calendar with each client in their own time zone, bulk scheduling from a spreadsheet, the Instagram grid preview and the apps for web, Android, Windows and Mac. The differences are about scale and about working with other people.
- Starter is for one brand that wants to post consistently and keep up with Instagram comments and DMs in one place.
- Pro is for brands that sell in the comments. Labels sort complaints, leads and spam so the important messages are answered first, and clients can approve posts or log in to their own account.
- Agency is for teams running many clients, with unlimited team members and room for 30 channels.
Some features are not built yet and are marked Soon: AI tagging and reply drafts, white label client reports and ad comment moderation. They are not part of any plan until they ship.

Is Schedulely really free right now?
Yes. During early access Schedulely is free and everything that is built today can be used at no cost. Paid plans start later, and every account holder will be told well before anything is charged, so nobody is moved onto a paid plan without notice.
Early access exists so that agencies, freelancers and small businesses can use Schedulely on real accounts while the product grows. You can connect all 14 networks, schedule posts, work through the Instagram inbox, send approval links and build link in bio pages without entering a card.
When plans begin, the prices on this page apply. The table above shows them, and the same numbers appear everywhere on this site because they all come from one setting. If a price changes before launch, this page, the homepage and the structured data change together.
Two things are worth knowing now. First, posting to X will become a paid add on after early access, for the reason explained below. Second, the features marked Soon are not available yet and will not be charged for until they exist. If you want to know where your workspace would land, count your connected accounts and match them to a plan.
Why does posting to X cost extra?
X charges apps for every post they publish and every reply they read through its API. Rather than raise the price of every plan, Schedulely makes X posting a separate $10 a month add on after early access, so people who never post to X never pay for it.
Most networks let approved apps publish for free. X is different: its API is billed by usage, so each post and each reply read has a cost for the app that makes the call. A scheduler has two choices. It can spread that cost across every customer, or it can charge the people who use X.
Schedulely chose the second. During early access, posting to X is free. After that it becomes a $10 a month add on that works with any plan, Starter, Pro or Agency. Workspaces that do not use X simply leave it switched off and pay nothing extra.
For agencies that bill clients for their costs, Schedulely keeps an X cost report per client that you can download as CSV or PDF, so the add on can be passed on accurately instead of guessed.
Where do you buy a Schedulely plan, and can you cancel?
Schedulely plans are bought on the web only, at app.tryschedulely.com, and never through the App Store or Google Play. During early access nothing is charged, so there is nothing to cancel. The terms for changing or cancelling a plan will be published before any plan is charged.
Buying on the web keeps one price for everyone, whatever device they use. The Android, Windows and Mac apps and the iPhone home screen app all sign in to the same account, so a plan bought on the web covers every device you work from.
Because no plan is charged yet, there are no billing settings to manage today. Before plans begin, the terms of service will set out how upgrades, downgrades and cancellations work, and account holders will be told in advance. We would rather publish clear terms than promise something here that the terms later contradict.
If you have a question about billing for your business or agency now, for example how many channels you would need, write to contact@suresocial.agency and a person will reply. You can also use the help chat on any page of this site.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
A good fit if you
- Run several social accounts and want one price that does not grow with your team
- Are an agency or freelancer whose clients approve posts but do not need a seat
- Want to try everything on real accounts during early access before paying
- Post to X and want its cost kept separate and reportable per client
Not the right fit if you
- Need Instagram analytics or insights reports today, which Schedulely does not offer
- Want to buy through the App Store or Google Play, since plans are sold on the web only
- Need more than 30 channels in one workspace right now
Questions people ask
How much does Schedulely cost per month?
Schedulely is free during early access. When plans start, Starter is $9 a month for up to 3 channels, Pro is $39 a month for up to 10 channels and Agency is $99 a month for up to 30 channels. Paying yearly gives 2 months free, and posting to X is a separate $10 a month add on.
Does Schedulely charge per user or per seat?
No. Schedulely charges by channel, meaning each connected social account, and never by seat. You can invite teammates to a workspace, and clients can approve posts through a link without logging in, so adding people does not change the price. Unlimited team members come with the Agency plan.
Is there a free plan for Schedulely?
Right now every feature that is built is free during early access, with no card required. Paid plans start later, and Schedulely will tell account holders well before anything is charged. The prices on this page show what each plan will cost once early access ends.
Can I pay for Schedulely through the App Store or Google Play?
No. Schedulely plans are bought on the web only, at app.tryschedulely.com. The Android, Windows and Mac apps and the iPhone home screen app sign in to the same account, so one plan bought on the web covers every device. App Store and Google Play listings are coming, but purchases will stay on the web.
What happens to my posts when early access ends?
Nothing is lost. Your scheduled posts, clients, inbox history and link in bio pages stay in your workspace. You will be told well before plans begin and can choose the plan that matches the number of channels you run. Until then everything that is built keeps working at no cost.
Why is Schedulely cheaper for teams than per seat tools?
Per seat tools add a charge for every person who logs in, so an agency pays more as it hires or adds clients. Schedulely charges for the accounts you post to instead, so a team of 2 or a team of 8 pays the same for the same channels. Clients who only approve posts never need a login.
Is Schedulely the same as Schedly?
No. Schedulely and Schedly are separate products from different companies. Schedulely, at tryschedulely.com, is a social media scheduler and comment inbox made by SureSocial that posts to 14 networks from one calendar, answers Instagram comments and DMs in one inbox, and is free during early access.
